For Europeans, you may be surprised to learn that many Quebecers cook burgers as a family! Whether on the grill or skillet, it’s a classic. Some do not hesitate to add a touch of fantasy: imagine a slab of lamb cooked on the grill, a generous portion of goat cheese, some mushrooms and homemade mayonnaise, all in a baker’s bun?
